xBOLT for INSIGHT
As the first mixer control system to natively display in-drum concrete temperature during transit without third-party hardware or software, xBOLT™ for INSIGHT™ helps reduce rejected loads, prevent costly rework, and support consistent quality. The system is designed to integrate seamlessly with INSIGHT’s existing logic and reporting, extending system intelligence without adding complexity for operators.
xBOLT™ for INSIGHT™ will be standard on all new Revolution | London mixers equipped with the INSIGHT Mixer System beginning July, 2026, and is available for aftermarket installation on Revolution, London and McNeilus Mixers equipped with the INSIGHT Mixer System or FLEX Controls. The sensor’s rugged, maintenance-free design is engineered for washout environments, vibration, and requires no wiring or truck modifications.
